"I ordered on the 26th of June, right away received a back order email, saying that the products would be delivered approximately 3 weeks. I checked the status on its website weeks after weeks and it was still on back order. I attempted to contact the phone number listed on the site, but I only got the voice mail. Finally, almost 1 month later, I sent an email and got a reply back saying that my order would be shipped the next business day.

That is the actualy reply I received back. Terrible customer service, can't contact by phone. I would not recommend this to anybody.
Note: My card was charged full amount right away after my order."
"I ordered another batch of stuff 3-24-2003. Imediately got an email saying they were temp OOS and would ship 4-28. Got the package 4-29 and they threw in some extra stuff for the 3 day delay!
