"This location on Highland Road in Baton Rouge is Awesome! I've been here 3 times so far to have a full synthetic oil change, tire mount & balance, tire torque check - recommended after driving 25 miles with new tires put on. I have received fast , friendly quality service. Yet, I want to strongly emphasize the Exceptional Customer Service I have consistently received here by ALL employees. It's amazing to be acknowledged and greeted so sincerely with a smile the moment I walk into the store. Megan - ASM is an absolute Sweetheart! She listens and I feel truly cares about us customers! Richard and Chase - both ASM - Asst. Store Mgrs. are also phenomenal with explaining/recommending things I should get done, great communication - Ex: I'll be right back with you M'am. Just overall very courteous and professional. I truly like this tire store! Much gratitude to ALL of the staff!"
"I called on 3/2 for pricing on 4 tires. The salesman "wrote up" the order. I told him I would be in on 4/2 to purchase the new tires. I showed up this morning at 8 to be told there wasn't a single tire in the store that fit my car. The only thing in the computer was my name. What a waste of time."
"The batavia location is absolutely awesome with their customer service and ability to explain everything as well. They do not try to add additional repairs that you really do not need. They fix the problem efficiently and do great work! Dan and his team really do take care of you here, every single time. "On Friday 6/20/08, Hudson,NY location...brought in a tire, which was
purchased at this location with the extended warranty.
Two separate auto mechanics told me that said tire had a "broken belt". When
both of your managers looked it over, only one talked with me and refused to
acknowledge that one small section of the tread had a raised area. Just kept
telling me that, that side of the tire was "scallop" (might that be due to
the broken belt?). Also the rim edge was raised (not in the area of raised
tread). When two separate professional mechanics tell me that the tire has a
broken belt and your manager will not even acknowledge that the tread was
raised only in that one spot, does not bode well for your customer service!
I can only assume that if the tire had a nail in it that the manager would
have offered some kind of assistance. But that is only an assumption.
Needless to say that the warranty I paid for appears to have been worthless!
I will never enter one of your stores again, I will inform all friends and
family of this. Outrageous!
