"WORST COMPANY EVER!
I don’t even know where to start! But I’ll keep my review accurate and too the point.
1. I really wish I’d of used the other personalised mat company now that come up in google search.
2. Original order was in September and have only just got all mats ordered, yes that’s nearly 3 months down the line.
3. They do not price match as advertised, mine got rejected as “Our quality is better than there’s” (classic) really? Cause believe me it’s not that great quality matting at all from here.
4. These guys are just resellers for the mats, they do not make them nor design them, think of them as counter sales people.
5. All mats are made abroad and are Wilkos / B&M quality, yes your paying for your logo & text.
6. The company are inexperienced, Google search says they have been in the business 50+ years, there website says 40+ years, Facebook says 25+ years… Which one is it? My guessing is a couple years max by the service and quality I received.
7. Nobody answers the office phone.
8. My coir mat text looks terrible.
9. They kept sending the wrong sizes and blamed me (Classic) that I ordered wrong (I did not) Then made up there was a 2% size tolerance rule which isn’t mentioned on ordering (Well there not custom mats then are they?) Mine were way over this tolerance rule regardless.
10. It’s a long game to order, you go to them they go to manufactures abroad, manufactures abroad go back to them, they go back to you. Like middle men I suppose.
I can honestly say I’m so disappointed I used this company, and my advice for anyone else would be to research other companies. They have wasted so much of my time since the point of order.

"Outstanding service - contacted them on Monday afternoon (20 Dec 2010) and mat was delivered on Wednesday morning - and this was pre-Christmas with lots of snow!
Initial telephone call to the company was answered quickly by a knowledgable member of staff who explained the pros and cons of their different products and helped me to make an informed choice.
Would certainly recommend and use again. "

"ordered rug in coffee as colour looked right online, was much too dark, re ordered after some samples were sent which i would recommend to get the colour right as online is deceiving, did reorder and 16 days still waiting for delivery!!! home delivery network are absolute rubbish, rude, unhelpful and dishonest. I would suggest the company use a better courier."
"I purchased a Waterhog Eco - I was looking for a good mat to help stop my dogs trailing mud into the house and research revealed Waterhogs as the best. Mats4U are the main UK seller of these, I liked the fact that the Eco is made of recycled materials too. It works well and is easily cleaned - it was expensive so only time will tell if it has been value for money!
I initially had a problem ordering through the website but when I tried again a bit later (at the weekend) the problem had been sorted, the company also left a phone message for me on the Monday. The mat was delivered very quickly so overall I was impressed with the customer service of this company and am happy to recommend them.

"The delivery and packing was excellent and I thoroughly recommend the company. The mats are very attractive - for a mat - and extremely effective. They are absorbent and do take up any of the grit and grot left by the outside doormat. I haven't washed mine yet but I understand that they become even more effective once washed. If I had any criticism it would be that the colours could be a little more muted. My coffee coloured one wasn't the colour I expected and I would have preferred a black one at the backdoor but chose grey that is quite nice.
This small criticism apart, I would definitely recommend these mats - sometimes I think we can be fussy over asthetics - they are just doormats after all! "
