"5 days after estimated delivery date with no movement, little response from company. What gives?
UPDATE - I did get a quick response after my review. Now just hoping I get the product I ordered. I appreciate Matboard for at least getting back to me. Maybe add an option for shipping by UPS. USPS is notoriously slow, so that option would be good and probably worth the extra cost. "
