"I ordered a part for my Panasonic camera over a month and a half ago and still haven't received it and haven't got any correspondence from this company. I've written email to them no calls back so don't buy from them you will not receive product you're just wasting your money. They should be not allowing this company to sell online they are a fraud in my opinion"
"Purchased a shutter release for my camera. After the 5-16 day shipping window had passed I sent an email asking what was wrong. They assured me that it wasn't lost in the mail and that I should contact them in another 15 days if it doesn't arrive. Well a month has gone by and upon asking them for a refund they told me they are willing to send out another cable but cannot refund me my payment as "This is a rare situation applying to around 0.05% of our packages".
I asked again and received their standard message. I don't believe I will receive this product on time either..."

Nowhere in the ordering process was it mentioned that their "warehouse" is in China. I've been waiting over a month for a cable I ordered. I'm disputing the payment with my credit card because Martgreat couldn't be worse!!!!
I wish I had looked for reviews prior to ordering, there are lots, all terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES. Do without if you must.

"I had ordered a shutter release cable for my pentax K10D camera on 3/14/18 the confirmation email they sent me said it shipped 3/15/18. It is now 3/23/18 and my package is Untrackable. The number they give you is not associated with any US carrier. Trust me. I work with UPS. I see FedEx USPS DHL and if course UPS tracking numbers all the time. They don't even have a customer service number to call! No wonder since this site is trash. I would be surprised if I get my package. "
"They are expensive, slow, and untrackable. Cannot contact thru email. Company is in Canada, I think. My bank charged me extra for money transfer. Took over 3 weeks to receive part ordered and it came out of CHINA!! Stick with USA companies preferably Amazon."
