So I call to get an explanation on why my original payment didn't go through and he tells me that it happens sometimes because of the two systems are not linked and the order was received but the payment was not and that *I* needed to confirm if my payment went through. i explained to him No.. *you* need to confirm if my payment has gone through. Then he tells me if i want, he can cancel my order and i can replace it online. Why would I replace my order online if your systems are not reading each other? He said it only happens sometimes. ohhh ok so you only Scam Sometimes.. well how about go ahead and cancel my order and payment and i won't re-order. Then he tells me that he can only cancel the order not verify or cancel the payment. -_- I'm DONE"
"Bought a aquamaxx prism led a month ago and some light stop working. I contacted them and they want me to send them the defective one before they send me a new one. The thing is im stillnusing the lights for my coral and i explain it to them that my corals will die if no lights plus i dont have the box. Never gonna buy from them again. Go to bulk reef supply instead. "

Only July 19th, I placed an order for $4,321 on Marine Depot for an aquarium and several pieces of equipment specifically designed to work with the aquarium - based on the aquarium specs provided on Marine Depot’s website. On July 25th, nearly all of the equipment was delivered - except the aquarium. As this took up a lot of space, i opened the packaging and external boxes to consolidate all the items into a smaller space, but otherwise saved everything (including interior packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.). On August 3rd, the aquarium was finally delivered. However, the aquarium did not match the specs provided by Marine Depot’s webpage when I purchased the aquarium due to being a different version. Specifically for purposes of this complaint, the different specs include a lower water height in the aquarium sump. One piece of equipment I had purchased together with the aquarium on July 19th was a protein skimmer with a recommended water height in the sump very close to the specs provided by Marine Depot. The actual water height in the sump for the aquarium I received does not match the protein skimmer I purchased, because I relied on the aquarium specs provided bubbles Marine Depot and these do not match the aquarium delivered to me.
As the protein skimmer is much less expensive and far lighter than the aquarium, I asked Marine Depot to exchange the skimmer with one appropriate for the specs of the aquarium I actually received. I was completely shocked when the agent refused and suggested I try to sell the protein skimmer on eBay!"
