"Ordered video card. Got email confirmation stating "paid in full". Days later after wondering where my order is, I checked the online status to find out that it was cancelled and returned to stock! I did not recieve an email notice of this action. I emailed the company and got no response from them as well. I will not order anything from them. They now have my credit card number and I have nothing! "
"Another bait and switch company. Posted a low price for ATI 9700 Pro video card and then started cancelling orders claiming it was a "typo". Kinda hard to believe somebody couldn't tell the difference between $346.00 and $133.00. Looks to me like another shady attempt to get free exposure by a new vendor. They also charge $10.00+ for shipping on EACH item you order. That's just another example of shady business practice as far as I'm concerned.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!. Order from them at your own risk."

"I don't have the receipt information because i lost it. Woops. Im sure im in their computer system somewhere. Anyways. I bought a ECSKTV333 from them around august of 2002. I was able to purchase a cpu after xmas. When i put it all together, the motherboard didn't work. The fans wouldn't even come on...the only thing that works is a little onboard led. thats it. they have yet to respond to my emails. i just sent another one and we'll see. but at this point im pretty upset."
