"Ordered 5 inch octagon tiles, everything was sent out very quickly and received the order within a week. But when it came to the return, this company is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend anybody go to them because of just that. I return my tile over a month ago, after spending $125 at FedEx to get it there. I call every day for the last three weeks, the one person in the store that does returns is always on vacation. And the lady that answered the phone, which is the same every single time, acts, like she never talks to you. "

"Ordered 15 tiles. Receive three glued cracked tiles. The crack and glue is very noticeable. My contractors told me they can not being used. They have to come back another day and charge me more money. I called and emailed them, so far I did not get their response.

"My experience was horrible. When my tile didn’t arrive when it was supposed to I contacted the company and the shipping company to find out where my tile was. Evidently it went from New Jersey to Ohio where it was loaded onto a wrong truck and sent to Vegas (I live in Michigan). So the tile took a week longer to arrive. Then many of the tiles had pin sized holes in them, I sent a picture to the company and was told that it was a factory defect. I thought I was buying quality product and it was not. So then we shipped everything back which was also a headache because someone had to be at the house when the product was picked up. This is hard to arrange when people have jobs they can’t just take off to sit around all day waiting and of course the trucking company didn’t show up at all the first time and when I called to find out why they said they didn’t have a pick up order from Marble online. So again I had to call and was told there was a mix up with a third party vendor that they use to arrange the pick up, so this meant time lost from work for nothing and it would be another day that someone would to take off work to be at the house. So then again I was told the shipping co would pick up on another day between 9am to 11:30 am they didn’t show at 11:30. I called Marble online right away which contacted the trucking company again another mix up but was told that the trucking co would pick up between 3:30 to 4:30 pm that day. My husband had to go to work because he thought they would be picking early as we were originally told so then I had to ask my employer to leave work early and thank God they let me because the trucking co showed up at 2:45 not the 3:30 to 4:00 that we were told! Then after a week I called Marble online to confirm that they received the product back and they confirmed they had and I was told that I would be refunded within 5-7 days... over a month and several calls and emails later I finally received my money back. I’m giving two stars because everyone that I spoke with at the company was nice, otherwise I would have given less stars. I would never buy from this company again and I ended up getting my tile locally. I paid more for it but it was totally worth it because it was hassle free. "

"This is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with. The order was placed mid-morning Monday and they confirmed shipment the same day. They even sent me pictures of the tile to be sure I was happy with what they were sending. I received the product on Wednesday.
