Wrong part, crock pot lid

"Called 6 different numbers, finally got the right place. The kid on phone cannot help me. I have measurements on lid. To no avail. I will never use this place again!!"

"I ordered " Cast Iron " burners for my out door grill. I installed them in June and 6 months later they are allready buring out. Contacted the company today and there response was "sorry to hear it but they only warrenty the item for 30 days. There ad says " will last for years " Hard to find a company that stands behind what they sell. "

"Wow, MarBeck Appliance Parts is LOUSY for customer support.
MarBeck shipped the totally wrong brand of the blender assembly...and when I requested to return it for a refund...they told me that I had to pay for the shipping to get it back to them....when they made the error!
So basically, I am out the shipping costs to return this to them. Wow....I regret ever doing business with them.

Just refund me my order and I'll order it from someone who knows how to process an online order properly. If I don't hear back from you, I'll initiate a CHARGEBACK on my credit card immediately with this email thread as proof, and you will have to incur extra fees because of me doing so. In any case, I'll find every online review site possible and explain what Marbeck did and also post this email thread.

"I placed order for two coffee pot parts on 12/31/09. Marbeck charged my credit card same day, even though one part was back-ordered. Did not inform me of back order and held entire order until I inquired and learned of back-order. I elected to wait. They claimed to have shipped order on January 25 by USPS, but order has still not arrived as of February 23. From other reviews I read here I wonder if I will even get a refund if I cancel. AVOID this merchant."

"I ordered from their ad which promised a 3-Pack of the Norelco RQ10 Arcitec shaver replacement heads for $34.99 (plus S & H). What I received was a single shaver replacement head, not a 3-pack. I questioned it, and here is their exact (copied and pasted) answer: "We apologize for the confusion. The listing actually means that ordering one gets you the correct parts to replace all three heads, not that you get three."

The RQ10 shaver replacement head is a single, integrated unit containing three individual cutters and screens, which are not independently replaceable. I cannot prove that the ad was deliberately misleading, but a "D" rating by their local Better Business Bureau should be a red flag. In all fairness, the price was in line with other published prices for a single shaver replacement head, but the point is that the ad promised a 3-pack, which was not delivered. I will not do business with Marbeck.com again.

"Wow, I wish I'd come to this site first. My experience is similar to the other review on here. Ordered a vacuum filter from Marbeck, received the wrong one. They actually responded to my first email and sent the exact same wrong filter AGAIN! I wrote them again, and NO REPLY. Terrible customer service. And there's no phone number. So you're at the mercy of whoever is deleting your emails on the other end. I will NEVER order from Marbeck again. I just lost all my money, unless they finally decide to reply and give me a refund. So far, no such luck. TERRIBLE!"

"I ordered replacement furnace filters that did not fit my filter. Initially I assumed I had bungled the order, though after reviewing my invoice I concluded that I had simply received the wrong items. I was told I could return the filters, however no information was given about return shipping charges. Usually online retailers pay if the error was theirs. After many emails and attempts to contact the customer service dept., simply to find out if this was available to me, I gave up. I am disgusted that they couldn't even be bothered to replay after 4 emails over 3 weeks. I would recommend shopping elsewhere."
