"After not receiving my large map for a few months I first called customer service and they answered once but none of my later calls came through. So I looked up reviews and was disappointed to see upset customers claiming it’s a scam. But a few weeks later I received an email saying it was being delivered and by golly, it came! And it’s PERFECT. 45x45 Michigan map. Laminated and crystal clear. Maybe it was meant to be late because it’s just in time for father’s day for my husband. "

Update: finally received the maps today (05/22/2023) I assumed that I was ripped off. I ended up ordering maps from another company (They prompted sent the maps when they advertised that would). This company only took 7 months to send theirs."

"I placed two orders for geographical marker magnets in September of 2022. Each order had two magnets on the order. I received one item from each order and much later received one of the two remaining magnets. I have emailed them weekly regarding the magnet and was told my refund was being processed. It never was. I called and left a message and did receive a call back from a man there. He emailed me back that afternoon saying the item was backordered and would ship the end of November. It has not. Since then I have emailed and called asking for a refund and now there is absolutely no response to my emails or messages. Recommending to not do business with this company since they do not follow through and do not respond to your emails or refunds. Very poor business practice."

"I ordered three items from this company in October. I got an order received email which said I would get email updates as my order was prepared for mailing. Some weeks later I received a partial fulfillment of my order; 1 item out of 3. I was told the others would ship "soon". Here we are at less than a week before Christmas the remainder of the order has never arrived. I have contacted the company through their "CONTACT US" link and not received a replay. I will never order from this company again and I would never recommend them. "

I tried emailing and calling all three numbers on their "Contact Us" page about 30 TIMES, and not one person has answered. Either voicemail or "email our support".

I left multiple voicemails to the point I had to say "Please just call me back or email so I know you're an actual operating company". Emailing same thing, multiple emails - No response! Not even an automated message or anything.

ABSOLUTE SCAMS - Dispute charged got my money back and they can go F their Mother! "

"I ordered a map july1st. It is now july 15th. Map not shipped per their website. Paid premium of 9.68 for shipping. Should have received 10 days ago. They do not redpind to my emsils or phone calls. Maps.coN is a con."

"I placed an order in May and never received it. I messaged them in early June about shipping status and they never responded. The order status never changed from "order received". I ended up going through my credit card company to dispute the charge and get a refund. Either they're out of business but still have an active domain or they're complete scammers who are taking people's money and hot shipping anything."

Did receive one reply apologizing for the delay and said tat they were behind and that they would be producing another batch of maps “soon”. These were normal maps of the usa and canada.
