"On May 13, 2010 I have purchased from ManualsCenter.com Service manual for Sony NTM-910 baby monitor for $14.99. The same day they provided me with download link and I was able to download the pdf file that was supposed to be a needed Service Manual. However, to my great disappointment this appeared to be just two useless pages: a title page and a table with document revision history - no schematic diagram, no troubleshooting guide, no disassembly-reassembly directions, no repair and service instructions - what is included in regular service manuals. I have immediately sent them e-mail reporting a problem and asking for full refund. No response received at all. I sent them a number of e-mails later with the same result - no response! My advice to potential customers - stay away from Manualscenter.com !!! These greedy guys cannot understand one simple truth that it's not easy to build up and maintain a good reputation, but it brings much more profit in a long run.
