"I ordered my Encore 4.0 phone on Friday and it promptly arrived on Monday morning, as promised. I had a couple of problems downloading apps from the Play Store, but I sent an email to MantisTech and had a reply the SAME DAY, not only sorting out the general problem I had, but went out of their way to sort out a specific problem with a specific app. Very rarely, these days, do we get service and back up this good. We should support people like this over box shifters who don't know their product. I would recommend MantisTech to anybody and if I need any Tech that they stock, I will certainly buy from them again."
