Nonexistent Customer Service

"I like Manning's MEAP (Manning Early Access Program) approach to releasing new material as it becomes available on a too-be-released book, and have purchased MEAPs on quite a number of books. However, lately the Kindle (mobi) files have not been loading on my iPad Kindle app, and my attempts to communicate with their customer service department have come to naught. Their customer service phone number only offers a recorded message asking you to leave a message and phone number, but multiple requests have gone unacknowledged. I even tracked down their corporate number, but this results in a recorded message that the number has been disconnected. Needless to say, I will no longer be purchasing any books, electronic or otherwise, from this publisher."
