"I recommend avoiding this dealer.

They have enticing prices and I heard some people got some luck with them and actually received their order after 2 weeks. I figured I could deal with no customer service for a near-wholesale price and tried to be patient, but my patience finally ran out after 3 weeks. I tried to contact them regarding my order and could not get any human response at all.

I tried to get other dealers to price match them and they refuse, since this dealer apparently has a poor reputation, have no return policy, and have no secure checkout.

Researching their reputation, I see there's a lot of complaints about them with a similar story to mine."

"This place is a scam. I ordered $250 worth of various bike parts, received an automated confirmation that the order had been received and then ... crickets. (They charged my card immediately, though.) A week later, I emailed the official customer support email to ask about order status. No reply. A week after that I tried calling the phone number listed, but it's just voicemail (that says that no support is provided for web orders by phone and to use the email address instead). I emailed again asking for order to be canceled. No reply.

A month later, never having received a single email or phone call from this "seller", I filed a fraud report with my credit card to get my money back."
