"Ordered a partial alternator rebuild kit. Was told bearings were NTN and if they didn't have them they would substitute something equivalent or better. My mistake in trusting them. They decide what is "an equivalent". This alternator I am rebuilding is buried so deep that it takes a full day to get it out and back in. I am not going to do all this work and then rebuild the alternator with inferior parts. Deeply disappointed. You can't trust anyone anymore. Should have known better. Got Chinese bearings made by a company I had never heard of before. These guys know what they have. If they don't have what they say they do, they should tell you before they ship. That way you can decide what "equivalent" you would like. My mistake in trusting them to do the right thing. Fortunately I only lost a small amount of money on this junk. "

The remanufactured part looked very good, every bit had been coated in various epoxy paints and the plastic parts were in excellent condition.
