"After successfully ordering some earphones several months earlier, i decided to order a pair of headphones. Having waited for them for 60 days, i concluded they will not arrive. I contacted the customer support through the website, which asked to verify my shipping address. After i confirmed my address as correct they ceased communication for a week, forcing me to open a dispute on paypal. They responded again through paypal where, even though it's by then been over two months, they kept citing unpredictable postal conditions and asking me to wait longer. I've tried politely explaining that it's no longer reasonable to believe the headphones will ever arrive, asking for a refund, but was met with automaton requests for patience. Finally, i've escalated the dispute to a claim and paypal refunded me the money. The headphones never arrived.
The worst part was that the communication with the seller was virtually one-sided. I never felt my concerns were actually heard or understood or that there was any effort to reach a mutually beneficial conclusion. Rather, i was being given generic, formulaic responses.
Since it's come to my attention that this website is switching from paypal to direct credit card payment, you should be very careful. I was a returning customer, and still, had it not been for paypal, i would have never seen a refund or any kind of reimbursement."
