"I'm really disappointed with this store, even though I wasn't expecting much from it.

To start with, the site is poorly designed both with how its coded and how its designed. The store doesn't seem to be very well maintained as there are inconsistent icons all over the place. On some items there is a traffic light icon indicating that it is in stock even though the button to put the item in cart says "pre-order." Why would it be a 'pre-order' if they already have it at their store. I was convinced it was a phishing site, but I found a rare figma figure on their store site that I wanted badly. This figure is going for about $150 on ebay (and going up) and the store listed it as $30.00 which would have been a steal. So I decided to contact them first to see if they were legit.

I directly linked them to the item I wanted and asked if it was in stock. They replied within a day or so, which I suppose you could say is good, but their reply was: "Yes it's in stock, if it was not in stock it would be indicated by a red
message."

This red message I can only assume is referring to their buy it now buttons that have big red bold letters saying "SOLD OUT" which this figure did not it had, "pre-order" on the button. "Pre-order"I knew had to be false since this figure had been discontinued since 2009 but oh well I had to see if they had some old stock kicking around.

I feel a need to comment more on how the site is poorly coded. When I first went to place my order I saw a "BUY IT NOW" paypal button, so I used it thinking it would be faster. Instead I ended up fumbling through broken menus that eventually had an error saying that something about the shipping cost was wrong. I was going to walk away from the site at this point and forget about it, but temptation lead me to going through their slow check out and figuring out that if you didn't have the right circles highlighted the store would break and not complete your order.

Anyway, finally I got my order to work via Paypal. To be cautious, when I used paypal I ended up changing my password details and such afterwards to prevent potential fraud and asked a friend if I could ship to their address. At first all seemed well since within a day I received a message from them saying my order was "processing." But I knew it was still too good to be true.

They say on their site they ship within the standard 3-5 business days so I gave them some time, but sadly received the response I knew would happen. I received a paypal refund and a notice saying the figure was not in stock after all.

If you are thinking of buying from here, I recommend going to ebay instead as it would be less fishy."
