"I had the worse experience ever! I shop a lot online and this store has been the worse of all. I bought a bag and a belt. The bag was dirty so I requested a return, they made me pay for mailing all the way to japan and took 10% restock fee. It took me forever to find a way to reach them btw... and the belt! They said they sent it w the purse, but I never saw it! And they gave some of my money back. Worse experience ever! Spent lots of money for nothing!!! DONT BY THERE!!!"
