"I have ordered a watch on March 3rd and until now I have not received any information about the payment or the shipping .The only information so far is the order number displayed on the screen.

I have already written some emails and tried to call the telefone numbers many times and got no reply at all.

What´s going on?

Why hasn´t the transaction been completed yet on my credit card?

I would like to have some kind of answer with regard to this issue.

"Order was placed November 8, the item was listed as in stock. It was supposed to be 2 to 5 day shipping. Nothing arrived, there was no notification from the seller that there was a problem, though that is their stated policy on their website. I responded to the email address from which their initial confirmation email was sent. That bounced as an invalid address. I emailed to another address I found on their website, and got a response that the item was backordered. I advised I wished to cancel the order. No response to email of six days ago. No refund of purchase, either. I have discovered that the manufacturer of this watch has actually discontinued it, so it couldn't really be on backorder. I suspect this site is actually a scam, not a real store. "
