"Made the order on 1/1/11 and still have not received it. I called Mako Security on the 13th and was told it will be at my location on the 19th. Had called back on the 26th, put on hold and when they came back to the phone I was told it is on the desk and it will be at my location by Friday 28th at no additional charge. They were apologetic each time I contacted them... I do have a tracking number now so I have located it in Dallas today. I should receive it Monday 31st late PM.
When compared to the other sites I deal with, this is not acceptable delivery time.
I cannot review the products of course until I receive them.
