"No support what so ever from anything , email, ticket or anything else, they claim to have live support, none there in the past year. I will be having another provider soon. Spent all I am going to spend this worthless thing called makeavoice. Now. its time for us to makeavoice."

"I have been with makeavoice.com for 3-4 years but lately their service has gone to crap. I opened a ticket over a month ago that still has no response. A quick look at their "facebook page" shows a number of other angry customers in similar situations.
