There is no phone number to call and talk to anyone. You can only communicate via email. I should have known better than to Order from them since there is no phone number. "I would give zero stars if possible. As with other reviewers, I paid for a yearly subscription to Popular Mechanics for my son, we never received any issues, and when I called, I was told that I would receive an email in 24-48 hours. That never happened. When I called an asked for a refund, I was told that I would receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes. Again, never happened. The fact that a company would outwardly lie like that is absolutely awful. "

"ZERO STARS. Charged my card FIFTEEN TIMES in a 4 month period for magazines I did not order! Paypal didn't even have a phone number on file for these people! I do not have time for this crap -- which is what I'm sure they're depending on. Small charges, $3 here, $2.50 there ... hoping people will just think "not worth fighting it", etc. But when it continues to happen, then finally $45 later, I'm more than a little ticked off!!! "
"I was asked to do a survey and was offered 4 magazines with only 2 dollars shipping. They charged me 48 dollars and I called them and there is no record of my charges. I got scammed. I’m so sad that companies are allowed to do this and get away with this. Terrible "
"I was not aware of subscriptions being automatically renewed. When I tried to cancel, the customer service rep(s) who responded to my email requesting cancellation were either incompetent or the firm is a fraud. They kept saying they couldn't find my account even though they billed my credit on 2 different dates in February of this year. Once on Feb 2 and then again on the 22nd? After I asked for their company address, phone number and the reps name, because I was filing a complaint with my credit card company and the Illinois Attorney General, they have not responded with any communications, information requested, if they found my account. Nothing!!"
"When filling out some sort of survey I was informed that I could get some magazines for $2.00 for a year. I was told that if I do not cancel my credit card would be charged and the subscription automatically renewed. I have been trying to cancel Travel & Leisure Magazine. Their web page has a link which indicates you can click on to cancel. When you click on the link you have to fill out a form to make contact. One mandated field is the "order number". I tried all numbers on the label and the page rejects all. It calls for a MDC order number which is not on the magazine label or on the credit card bill. You can't even make contact without the order number. This company is probably part of some sort of on line scam. Beware."
