"I placed an order on 5/21/08 for "Discovery Girls" magazine for my daughter's birthday. Her birthday came and went and it's already 9/3/08 and I still have not received any magazine. I've contacted them through e-mail because they have no customer service number and there has been no response. I tried calling Pay-pal to see if they have a number for them and they don't. My credit card was billed the amount for the magazine but I can't even request a refund because there is no number and they will not respond to e-mails. How is it possible that companies like this one be doing business???"
