"I have been trying to get 3 subscriptions delivered since ordering them in Feb. After many emails and calls, I have received 2 of them.
The 3rd, a gift, has still not been delivered. Upon contacting the magazine directly, they have no record of the order although magselection tells me the order has been rushed! ha-ha. Guess i learned my lesson.

"Can anyone send me the 800 number or mailing address for MagSelection.com? I ordered magazines from them in Dec. 2007 and it has been 5 months with no magazines. Their website only has an email address to contact them with (no phone number or real address). I have emailed them various times and they seem to cut and paste emails to me saying they "will contact clearinghouse" and "have contacted clearinghouse". The emails are clearly BS and they aren't even paying attention to my order status. I need to get in touch with them because I would like my money back. I want to talk to real person about it. I am VERY UPSET with this company. So PLEASE send me any information you have! Thank you!!!"

"I ordered 8 magazines from Magselection.Com on 10/21/2007. To date, I have received nothing. I called them on 12/20/07 and was told that it takes 2 to 4 months. That was never mentioned anywhere in thier web site. I asked for a refund and they refused totaly. Now, thier "customer service" email does not even work, Thier fax # is never responded to (3 attempts), thier previous customer service # is disconnected. Looks like they took the money and ran. What low lifes."

"This site is the class act in the magazine subscription world. The subscriptions come promptly and the prices are great.

What made me decide to start a listing for this site was when I had a question about a subscription, I discovered that MagSelection published a full contact address and 800 phone number right on the invoice. When I called I actually talked to a real person who promptly answered my question. Well done guys.
