"I am a butcher, and when the time came to replace my first set of knives (which were a gift when I became an apprentice) I scoured the internet to find the best deal I could. I told several of my coworkers that I was going to place an order and figured we'd all order what we needed at once and save on the shipping.
I found several websites that had a couple of the items that we needed but Mad Cow Cutlery was the first I found that had EVERYTHING I was looking for (two ten inch Cimeter's from Victorinox (one with a yellow handle), an F. Dick Boning knife (yellow handle), two plastic scabbards, and four square poly bone scrapers). It was one of the most comprehensive sites as well, (if you've ever shopped online for butcher equipment, then you know what clustered mess some of the sites out there are).
After checking around a little more on a couple of other sites, I placed my order with Mad Cow Cutlery.
The next day I received an email that said there was a mistake with my order... they only had three square scrapers, but they were sending me a round one to replace the fourth and would ship the fourth square scraper as soon as they were in stock at no additional charge (the round scraper was mine to keep, free, for the inconvenience). The email also said that my order had already shipped.
When my order arrived a few days later everything was exactly as it should have been. Accompanying the round scraper was a handwritten note from one of the employees at Mad Cow Cutlery stating again that they were sorry for any inconvenience the mix up had caused and that my square scraper would ship soon (Friday to be specific).
I was floored.
The email was enough of a notice, but the fact that they took the extra time to hand write a note really showed that they cared.
As it turns out, I like the round scraper better than the square ones anyway. I received my square scraper in about a week and it is still sitting in my toolbox.
I distributed the equipment to my coworkers and told them that for any future needs they should all go to Mad Cow Cutlery first."

Very impressive. I wasn't in a hurry, so I picked the cheap/slow shipping option, so it took a bit to arrive. When it did, everything was as expected, packed nicely, too.
