"I've bought two computers from this company. Both arrived in perfect condition and on time. I recently needed another macbook pro. I ordered one with the right specifications (13.3 inches, 512 G SSD, 16 G memory)knowing it was 13 inch 2012 model. One of the staff phoned me and asked if a newer model, albeit with less memory or a 15 inch model would meet my needs. I explained why I needed more memory for my work and why I preferred the smaller model (I have a 15 inch model already). I asked him to cancel the order for the 2012 model, but to inform me if they had a newer model that met my specs. Today, he called me telling me that a 2015 mode with those specs had come into their sales inventory. More than that, he could ship it with the existing order, so I would need pay only the price difference. Don't buy refurbished macs anywhere else!"
