Liar liar pants on fire

"They told me twice that they shipped a power supply. but they didn't ship it until I canceled the sale. I bought it on September 5th and they didn't ship it until September 23rd. I received it on September 24th. they are liars. Do not use."

Very Bad Service

"My company order a Mac Pro logic board from MacPartsOnline the part came in with an firmware password on the logic board so we're unable to use the board. After a number of calls and chat messages we wasn't able to reach anyone so we submitted an online RMA that wasn't process. A few days later we spoke to Walt at Macpartsonlie and was inform that they would try and get the firmware password and if unable to they would order a replacement logic board. Going on three weeks now no replacement logic board and no refund and now unable to contact anyone at Macpartsonline. "

NO REFUND!

"Ordered a part my daughter needed in Jan 2018. She got the wrong part (her fault) so we sent it back. We mailed it back in Feb following all their instructions. Its now July and I have yet to get a refund. We've called, emailed etc and nothing. It was over $350 so not a little purchase! "

Bought a super drive/ for Mac ,did not work 60 day warranty

"2/17/2118 as advertised super drive for Mac ordered it and waited 10 days called the store .then he shipped it ,received it very fast arrived on Friday plugged it in did not work emailed him no response put it in the mail to return it .then he email me ask if I had tried an apple super drive,I told him yes and gave him tracking number of return.it arrived ,delivered to his porch Sunday ,emailed him asked if he had received it .he asked what is tracking number,I sent it again.no response ,I have sent him several emails since the.no response . here I sit today is 3/12 /2018 so it has be 25 days. Do you think I will get a refund ???? NO customer service!!!
Up date finally received refund after 30 days.

Don’t spend $ on next day air

"I paid 144.93 for next day air on Sunday. It is now Wednesday and still no part. Refused to refund me next day air fee. Still NO part either."

"Item ordered 07/14/15. Emailed APM on 07/17/15 to inquire when the item would be shipped. Received email response on 07/17/15 with a tracking number and statement item shipped 07/17/15.

Tracked item, response was "electronic information received by USPS, item not received."
Tracked all weekend and no change in status. Tracked Monday, no change in status.
Tracked on Tuesday, no change in status. I called APM on 07/21/15 and spoke with Chris. He said the item shipped Friday. I told him the tracking I had showed the USPS had not received the item. Chris tracked it and got the same message. Chris he wanted to investigate and would call me back.

Chris never called back. I called him back later in the day. He said the USPS confirmed they never received the item. He told me he would ship me another video card the same day and would email the tracking information. I never received the tracking information.
I emailed Chris later in the evening of 07/21/1. I told hime if I didn't have a tracking number by 12000 EST I would file for a charge back on my credit card.

I called Chris about 1230 EST on 07/22/15 and he said the item had shipped the day before and gave me a tracking number. When I tracked that number, the USPS site stated the number could not be found. I called Chris back and he said he knew item had shipped. At the time of this writing, the tracking number still can't be found.

I filed a dispute with the credit card company.

"Another UNSATISFIED customer!

I ordered an iMac power supply in early December 2011, and as of March 12 2012 I have not received the part nor heard back from them as to where it might be in the order process. They do not reply to email and I fear I've lost $170 to them.

Any contact details anyone has for them would be appreciated!

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I purchased an Xserve power supply, which for starters did not come in an original OEM box. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and foam and stuffed into a Fedex box. Then, upon installing it, the Xserve reported that it was not compatible. MacPartsOnline insisted that it was, but finally agreed to send a replacement. They never did. Here is my history of dealing with this "company" which is either horribly understaffed or just plain crooks:

10/25/2011 - Item Purchased
11/2/2011 - Received, did not work properly. Promised a replacement would ship on 11/7.
11/29/2011 - Inquired about lack of replacement part / no reply.
12/4/2011 - Requested RMA.
12/12/2011 - RMA approved.
12/12/2011 Shipped them the part.
12/19/2011 - Part delivered to MacPartsOnline. Signed by CHURA.
1/3/2012 - Asked when I would receive a credit. No response as of 1/14/2012.
1/4/2012 - Filed a dispute with credit card company.

So, they may actually sell parts, but God help you if you have a problem with one.

UPDATE 2/28/2012 - Amex advised me they are reversing the charges after the vendor failed to respond to their requests for information by their deadline. Yay Amex!

I am still perplexed that people are apparently getting good service, based on these reviews, and yet this company acted with just a big F-U, dropping off the planet in my case, completely non-responsive. I discovered their markup is about 50% on top of what an Authorized Apple Service Center charges a customer, so they could probably afford to throw away an RMA part from time to time, make a full refund, and keep everyone happy, while still raking it in. Go figure.

"Item was as expected, but it took them 7 days to ship and 7 days for me to receive. Selected free ground option. I should got it in half that time or sooner. With this Mac, the power supply was not completely dead so the two week wait was bearable...fortunately. I will be more cautious next time."
