"They sent my daugther a defective iPod (never worked from the beginning) we sent it back for repair, received the same exact iPod, and it STILL WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. Do not trust this company! I have not heard back from them yet about whether they will refund our money or give us a new one."
"This company is so sketchy, they gave me the run around for 3 weeks on a purchase order I sent them. Lie after lie, finally it has come to we sent your order to someone else and they won't return it. Funny I guess the customer paid a higher price than me. I would recommend that no one support this business. You will not get any service level a consumer deserves.
