" I took my powerbook there because I was having an issure keeping a wireless signal past 20feet from any router. They charged me $90 for a diagnosis and "software update". They told me that it now worked perfectly and that the issue was a few "corrupted files" and a software update. I asked if they took it apart to check the actual wireless card and they said that the card was not the issue. I get home and same exact problem persists. I call again and they mention maybe they should check the wireless card this time! I told them this when I dropped off the computer and if they were competent enough I should not have to mention it. They asked me to drop of the computer once again and they could order the card since it's not in stock and charge me a discounted rate on labor. All in all almost $300 and the problem was not fixed. Stay away and save your time and gas money"
