"Ordered a case for my iPad. I'm sure by a fluke mistake they sent me the wrong case but an email to them the next day got it fixed asap. They sent me a priority overnight replacement and a return box. Great products. Very durable and of high quality. Highly recommended and great customer service. They are out of Maryland. "
