"AWFUL service!! I ordered a canon 780IS camera from them, very quickly got a call from their sales people to try to sell me additional equipment and confirm my order. After 3 weeks I had not received my camera, so I tried contacting them to no avail. I sent at least 3 letters to their customer service, no one EVER responded. I looked online again and they had listed product as on back order. Never received any notifications of issues or cancellation of my order. AWFUL experience! "
