"I ordered a compact flash card from MyPCMax on 12/8/04 with 5 Days Select shipping. I received an order confirmation from MyPCMax the very same day. However, as of 12/23/04 (15 days later!) my order has still not arrived. A couple of days ago I tried to contact the company, but their Web site is down. I have absolutely no way of contacting them! This is very frustrating, and I will never purchase from MyPCMax again (if this company even exists!) and would definitely not recommend them to anybody else."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered 100 DVD-Rs for my video busness. After about a week and a half I started getting complants from my customers. I found that the DVD's were defective.

I've left messages (they don't answer the phone)and they will not respond. Thier email account are bogus (they get returned saying not valid) AND try flicking on thier return policy information on thier web site and instaed it gives you thier privicy policy. Nice.

I'm working with my credit card company and am going to report them to the BBB"

"Ordered with 5 day shipping, received merchandise after 8 business days with no notification of any delays. Merchandise was defective, so tried to email and call mypcmax using the contact information on their site. All the email addresses (orders, information, etc) that I tried bounced. After calling the 1800 number and leaving a message, I never received a call back. Eventually I did reach someone through that number after several tries at different times of the day. Despite that the policy on their site states that I need return authorization, the gentleman suggested that I pack it up and return the product for a replacement (although I never gave him my name, didn't receive any type of return code, etc). We'll see what happens next..."

"I have bought 3 hp optical mice seperately from these guys over a period of 2 months. Every mouse was delivered slightly faster than I expected. The only complaint that I have is when I called to find out about a mouse that I thought I had ordered, but hadn't, there was no answer at the phone, and I heard a message saying the mailbox was full and to call back later.
