"We placed our order with MVP AudioVideo late on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 and requested next day air shipping. When placing the order, my supervisor sent an email requesting a tracking number. He never received an email with this information. On Friday, May I9th, I contacted them in the afternoon because we had not received our order. I asked the gentleman for a tracking number and he did not know how to get me any information. He said he would have someone call me back and I did not receive a phone call. I called MVP again on Tuesday, as I do not work on Mondays. I spoke with a woman who stated that she would have someone call me and that the item I ordered was drop shipped to me and I should have received it. She also stated that she would get me a tracking number so I could locate my order. However, I did not receive a phone call. On Wednesday, I called MVP again. Again, I spoke to a woman and she stated that she would have someone call me back in 10-15 minutes. As you can probably guess, I did not receive a call from MVP. Thursday, May 25th, I called MVP again and I requested information about my order. I was informed that the item I ordered was out of stock and it would be shipped to me the first week of June. This was the first time I heard this information, after making several phone inquiries tracking down my order.
When I spoke to the woman May 25, I requested a full reimbursement to the American Express Card that was charged and I canceled my order. As of this date, I have not received an email confirmation of the reversal of these charges, nor have I received the merchandise.
We placed an order with MVP because, their website indicated that they had the microphone in stock and I needed it by Friday, May 19th for a team that was traveling to France. My usual vendor was out of stock at that time.
We still do not have resolution of this issue. "
