"Our experience over three years has been very uneven, with turnover in administration and lots of changes to classrooms. Our experience has been a lot better since Teacher Chamila has returned, and she has been wonderful and engaged in teaching Montessori fundamentals, and is making great progress with literacy for our son. We are very happy with Teacher Chamila. Communication with administration is very uneven, both in terms of consistency (returning emails and phone calls) and tone. I value being direct, but think keeping things a little friendlier would go a long way."

"Over the past few years, we have not been that happy. Our children had a new teacher every few months, and did not seem to get a Montessori based experience. I am pleased that those days are gone. New leadership under the director, Ms. Mo, has restored Montessori teaching, and has gotten everything back on track. There were major efforts to give Cascade Summit Montessori the overhaul it needed, and we are all better for it. I am now excited to have my child here, and they have really blossomed this school year. I am again proud of this school. The teachers have not all been Montessori certified, most are not or in a program. The school lost their cook for over a month and we barely got a reduction in rate for the lost service. We are paying a lot for a Montessori experience and not receiving it. The classrooms are dark and empty. Our daughter has not progressed in her learning as much as we would have liked."

I have had such an uncomfortable experience interacting with my son’s teacher. "At first I really enjoyed the school. I thought my son was learning a lot from it, but when he moved upgrades I noticed a large shift. My son has a speech delay and is in speech therapy, and I noticed that his teachers started to dismiss him and not fully try to understand him. This led him to start having behavioral issues and even getting hurt by other kids. Due to his speech delay he was unable to advocate for himself, which than brought up more issues and concerns. On the other hand, I also started to have issues with the staff. I am a young mom and found that a lot of them dismissed my concerns and talk to me in a very different way than other parents. One of my biggest issues was tuition. Most of the time each month my tuition would be incorrect. To fix the issues I would either or call and was ignored. When I went to go talk to them in person, a lot of the times, they would either dismiss my concerns or act like I was a burden. This became extremely frustrating. Overall,"
