"This school closes lot of times without a reason, for example Monday 29th is a holiday but school closes on Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st, that’s simply not acceptable as the school district even open these 2 days. We are paying money to not to look for alternatives of when ever school closes with no reason, please fix this issue otherwise I am ok with everything."

"Overall, our experience at Aurora Montessori has been disappointing and stressful. We were always willing to work with the school to help him adjust, however we did not feel supported and heard. We felt that the school did not do enough to help our son. There was not enough effort to find solutions to make him more comfortable. We offered many suggestions and they were either ignored or dismissed. We feel like certain members of the staff have a negative influence on the care that's being given. One teacher was often unkind, rude and aggressive with our son. Through the video feed we observed her being physically aggressive with him. We observed her singling out him and not treating him with kindness and respect. Such as, grabbing and pulling his arm, taking toys out of his hand, taking away his plate and cup and consistently serving his food last. There were many times we cried watching him being treated like that. She always appeared frustrated and annoyed. She never gave us positive feedback and no hi bye."
