"I bought an Onda VX777LE MP4 player (with a one year warranty) from MP4Global.com which broke within two weeks.

After sending them dozens of e-mails over a five week period they finally sent me an address to which they advised me to send the device for repair. It arrived in Hong Kong on 20th February 2009.

In the twenty weeks since then, I have sent hundreds more e-mails asking where my player is and when I will see it again but I have so far received no information. MP4Global.com refuse to refund my money and are doing absolutely nothing for me.

Over 80% of the e-mails that I have sent have been completely ignored and the replies that I have received generally consist of things like "don't know" and "did not receive it yet". That's it - not even "dear customer" or "apologies for the delay". Not even the basic politeness and civility that one normally expects when dealing with another human being.

The company's domain name is registered with a fake phone number and fake address in the US, where they also claim to have a marketing team, which is a lie.

The "company" calling itself MP4Global.com consists of just a single pathological liar named "Oscar". Avoid him.

"This company is whats wrong with the world. Do not buy from this place. I placed an order for a mp3 charger with the hopes of getting it within 2 weeks. The website never showed a status for my order. Then after about 4 emails wondering if my shipment was ever sent I get a response that Were you sent an ra number?
If so package has been sent and is on the way. I then replied 4 times that I did not have any RA number at all. I never heard a response After waiting for over a month, I did receive a mp3 charger. Unfortuneately it was used and missing the original packaging and any documentation. It was literally a used charger in an envelope. Thats it.
