"This company did not respond to my first inquiry for a tracking number, but they did respond the day after my second inquiry with a tracking number indicating that the item (a spy camera)was shipped on Jan. 24 through FedEx. It arrived on Jan. 30. I have no complaints, and I would order from them again. The item performs as I expected and their price is 25% less ($50) than all other sellers for the same product. Also, no one tried to pressure me to buy anything else."
