"Ordered a dell latitude c400 notebook from them priced at $500. An awesome price on an awesome notebook. Came with 40gig hdd, 512ram, 1 ghz p3, and weighs 3.6lbs. They had it listed as a p3 750 and this is what I expected to get, but to my surprise it was a 1ghz p3. The 750 was just the lower speedstep speed. Laptop is in superb shape minus a very tiny scratch on the bottom of the chassis. They, however, forgot to include the media drive cable that interfaces the external cdrom and floppy drive to this laptop since it's an ultraportable. To my surprise they included a floppy drive, something that they didn't mention on their catalog. The floppy drive retention mechanism was stripped though, so i couldn't mount it into the modular external drive bay. I called them up and explained they forgot to include the cable and told them about the floppy. They said a cable would take a while because they had none in stock. I really needed the system up soon, so I asked if I could order it from another place and they credit me the difference I paid, which they surprisingly agreed to do. On top of that, they overnighted a USB floppy drive to me to replace my floppy. This is a much better drive since i can use both cdrom and floppy at the same time now. I was out of town when they shipped it, so fedex sent it back to them, but they resent it to me with prepaid return shipping so i could return the defective floppy drive. I wish they hadn't screwed up the original order in the first place, but they are extremely prompt and eager to correct their mistakes, and extremely flexible. Although their administrative process leaves a little to be desired, they seem willing to satisfy the customer above all else. I would highly recommend them to any friends."
