"Wanted to buy a PC on 12/29/02, and I saw their listing on price watch. I called and they have informed me that they just sold out of this model which was Intel P4 2.0 Ghz.
I called again after the holiday, and the told me it’s sold out, and it will cost me about $100 to get that PC. The problem was THEY WERE RODE ABOUT IT, SO I GOT ANGRY AND DECIDED TO INVISTIGATE THEIR PRACTICES.
I noticed that they are based on Ohio, and they were six or seven companies with the same AD. I went to their websites, and to my surprise they all had the same warranty, shipping policy, and even the same sales team with the same East European accent.
STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM, READ THE REVIEW IN THIS GREAT WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ever since I got my system from them about a year ago, it's been spotty, and only a buying a new DIMM alerted me to the fact that the original DIMM was faulty. Fortunately, it was under warranty.
Well, I sent it back, and when I hadn't heard for two weeks from them, started calling. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address. And now they won't send me a replacement--I can't even get my original, broken DIMM from them."

"I'm glad I never read the comments listed on this site before i ordered or i would have missed a great PC! they had problems with credit card ordering, but that was sorted in a couple of days. pc was delivered ahead of schedule, well packed, and everything works straight out of the box. Excellent PC, and the cheapest i could find.

The sales person was extremely rude and he hung up on me. I will not order anything for my company from this company. The place obviously must not want to sell the products at the advertised price. I will also recommend to all of my customers and friends to stay away from this particular company. The sales people need to learn some manners. Of course there will probably be no need I'm sure they will be flipping burgers when their boss finds out how they act."
