You don't get gouged on shipping. You're ALWAYS told if an item is on backorder, and not billed UNTIL it is shipped. I have received orderes from 2-5 business days after order... not bad.
I look forward to their monthly catalogs, and is the only peice of mail I look through the day I get it. Their specials are always unbeatable deals, but usually you'll have to deal with rebates (how I hate them, but seems worthwhile after I get the checks).
