"Ordered a box of 24 giant screwdrivers on 11/24 and paid instantly with PayPal. Patiently waited for the drivers but they never arrived. Finally logged into their website on 12/23 only to discover that my order was flagged as still pending. Called their 1-877 number and the secretary said that someone would call me back asap. Well no one called but instead they just cancelled my order on 12/24!

My complaint is that they had my $217 for a month and only bothered to cancel my order after I brought it to their attention. They never returned my calls and I still don’t have an explanation as to why they've treated my order so poorly.
