"HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a Motorola H800 Bluetooth ear piece. The next day I was emailed that it's on back-order and they offered some alternative models. It never said it was on back-order on the website and still does not. When I replied to ask how long I needed to wait I got the following "Out Of Office" reply.

If they don't have the part, why didn't they just say so so I could continue my search? Very apologetic and accommodating, but still - I needed the part and never got it in a timely manner.
