"They sent the correct item, but it took quite a while to arrive from Canada. It was too late for me to use so I asked for a return authorization. I was told that no returns were allowed unless product was defective. Every reputable company I deal with (Plycon, Nexfan, etc.) will cheerfully refund your money. I'm disappointed. This is no way to keep customers."

"Everything seemed to go as slow as molasses. Holiday season caused it to not get shipped till the 7th ( 10 days since the original order ) which is understandable. Selected the 4-5 day shipping method ( found out later that was a reccomended time not an actual time ) and it's now 9 days ( 7 working days ) later and it's still not here. I hate to say a bad thing about a company that seems to be good but my friend ordered the day before me and his hasn't arrived either. "
