"Over 20 days and my order still isn't shipped. I've also been outright ignored on the 7 emails, 1 voicemail, 2 posts on their Facebook page, and 2 PM's on their Overclock.net page.

Do a quick search on Google, you'll see how many people are wondering why their items aren't shipping, and nobody has any contact with LutroO.
