This is not a very flexible customer service oriented seller. I tried to return a 29" TravelPro after the 30 day return period because I did not have any trips scheduled to use it before that time frame. It did not roll well on even low pile carpeting. They said I would have to take it up with the manufacturer, TravelPro and that they are not responsible. Not happy ... stuck with useless bag."

I will say (as you can see above) the description said it had a removable sleeve but it did not. Other than that, great purchase!
