"I tried to cancel an order within minutes of placing it. I found their pricing to be way higher than off the shelf locally. I was told it's already on the pallet and nothing they could do to stop it. I asked if they could then price match and sent them a picture of the store shelf. Again their policy is to price on a cost-plus basis, so they refused to cancel or price match. Keep in mind this all was determined by them within minutes of placing the order. All of their policies are designed to protect their business, and in no way to serve customers! This business is a rip off!!!

"Their website advertised 50 rounds of 45-70 for $65 ($16 for shipping). The shipping was fast but I only received a box of 20 rounds. I contacted their customer service and provided photos as proof. They then tell me that the website was incorrect and they will not honor their mistake by providing what was ordered. There are many online stores for ammo and as it turned out, their price per round was higher than any other store once the ole shell game begun. When I made the purchase, Lucky Gunner was one of the best prices per round. So, they advertise 50 rounds but only shipped 20 rounds and would not honor what was advertised. $81 for 20 rounds of FMJ. Terrible customer service."

"I placed an order for a common round, Hornady Match 6.5 Creedmoor, I usually shoot 140 gr. When I looked at the confirmation email, I noticed it said 147 grain. I called within 15 minutes of placement of order, and I was told there was nothing they could do. It "was already on a pallet and en route." Just be sure you verify your order before submitting because once you hit submit, there is nothing you can change. "

"The ammo that I purchased was sent by UPS and was never delivered. UPS said it was refused, then sent it to a local access point where it sat for a week then was sent back. Lucky Gunner sent me an email charging me for the shipping and restocking fee. After contacting them and explaining the problems with UPS they said they would give me store credit for about half of what I paid. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and a month later they put the charge back on my card and said to contact Lucky Gunner which I did and now they said they will not honor the store credit. So basically, I paid $94.00 for two boxes of ammo and have nothing to show for it."

"I am a "new" customer with Lucky Gunner. In a two month period I placed three separate orders totaling almost $2000. The first two orders went fine. The third case...costing $580 + $20 s&h...had loose rounds clinking around in it when the UPS guy handed me the box. Upon opening it I found that several of the boxes inside had ruptured...presumably from rough handling. I alerted Lucky Gunner to the problem...the cans were not packed properly...and I sent them photos of what I saw upon opening the can. I did NOT ask for a refund, return, exchange or imply anything like that. Their response was to insult me by offering me $10 off on my next order. I mean, come on. I buy 3000 rounds of ammo from them in a six week period...and I get stuck with a "scratch & dent" case I paid $600 for...and they offer me a measly $10 off on my next order? Is that supposed to inspire me to buy another $600 case of ammo from them? At todays prices, how many rounds will $10 buy? Just to ship a case of ammo costs $20. Lucky Gunner if you are reading this...keep your $10...there will be no next order from me. You would have been better off not offering me anything...as I probably would have bought from you again. But to bribe me with a lousy $10 off is almost laughable. I had future purchases planned and we probably could have done a good amount of business in the coming years, but to know that I'm worth $10 to you kind of curbs my enthusiasm. "I tried 100 rounds of 9mm ammo from Luckygunner, Knoxville Tn. The ammo in question is made by /stelth/ based in Arizona. Every shooter knows ammo prices are quadrupled which adds to the frustration of dud ammo. About a dozen duds out of a 50 round box is unacceptable. Imagine a real self defense situation where you draw your weapon and all it does is click! If you're wondering, I fired 100 rounds of 2 other different brand ammo's this day, flawlessly. The main point is this company's customer service is below terrible. They blamed me and my weapon and instructed me to contact the manufacturer for resolution. I didn't ask for a refund. I want to ALERT the shooting community about this brand of 9mm ammo. Lucky Gunner can't be bothered with things like quality control, satisfied customers and return business"
