"I am an expat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Last February 2023 I ordered some supplements door-to-door from Lucky Vitamins. I got a tracking No. which never worked. After 2 months I wrote to them and was surprised to hear that the shipment arrived in Riyadh on 1st March, the courier slept on it, then sent it back to the US. I was never notified, and would still be waiting had i not contacted them. They said they will refund me, less 25% for "restocking fee", in spite of the whole fiasco being the courier's mistake and me having wasted 2 months waiting and then emailing their Customer Service. I am still waiting for my refund. I would never recommend this Company to anyone."
