All browser-based, what you see is what you get. One of the packages got lost. Lulu stood behind its promise and took care of the problem. I'll be using them again!"
"I would not shop here again. While the item quality was good, they shipped an incomplete order. I tried 4 different ways to get it corrected (their process does not make this easy: the email address for resolution included in the order no longer works; the forums do not generate real replies, etc.). The only thing that finally got any real action was disputing the charge with PayPal. I have yet to receive the rest of the order ... and it has been plenty of time!"
"Very Disappointing. When I received my books there were several problems: book cover different than picture on site, wrong book title on spine, pages duplicated, and other minor problems, i.e., spacing between some lettering. I contacted Lulu by email (the only way provided on site) and received a form response asking for images. I provided images and heard nothing so I contacted them again. Received same form email requesting images.
sent numerous emails, which were ignored. Tried to get a number for them, but the number only gives you voice mail. Concerns left numerous times with request for response, not even acknowledged. To this date I have received no resolution and still cannot reach a live human being. "
