"I ordered a charger for a collar from a different website (not knowing it came from this one) and it was the wrong size (even though I ordered the one it told me to for my model). So I ordered a charger from a different website which again came from this company. So now I had two chargers that didn't fit. I called the company and explained the issue and he told me to return to sender the second one, which I did. But I still ended up paying $10 shipping! I feel like I was mislead on where I was buying from - obviously I wouldn't have bought the same charger from the same site if I knew it was wrong the first time - and they should refund my shipping cost."
