Product not delivered after one month of purchase

"The store representative couldn't provide a delivery date, status or tracking number also when I asked for a reimbursement staff mentioned that they are not allowed to process my request, I mentioned that this is my right as an Australian consumer but my request has been ignored, the store doesn't accept PayPal so there is really no protection, stay away and find your product somewhere else.
The product purchase was a COMBO TOUCH BACKLIT KEYBOARD CASE WITH TRACKPAD FOR IPAD PRO 12.9-INCH for AUD 300 with a student discount.

WORST customer support I have EVER had

"My bluetooth on my MX Master 3 went bad a few months past the warranty expiring on my product. It basically wasn't compatible with my M1 macbook - which was purchased at the same time as the mouse. After 2 hours trying to get ahold of support and troubleshooting everything YET AGAIN that I had already tried from the forums online, they REFUSED to give me any sort of discount. Not even 10%. They claimed that any coupon isn't valid on newly released items.

Tell me - why would I go with an older product when the first one didn't even work after 1 year? It's a fairly expensive item to be irrelevant so quickly. And after spending nearly 1k on office supplies in the last year - they couldn't even give me $10 for the inconvenience. TERRIBLE SUPPORT

Horrible Tech support for a bad product

"I purchased a circle view 2 cam from Logitech this spring for security purposes, and its been nothing but a nightmare. It took me awhile to figure out the camera was missing a ton of movement. 4-5 an hr. Not recording properly. This so called security camera would miss people walking by (cam is 12' from the sidewalk) or people walking right up to our front door. Deliveries of groceries, FedX etc. My wife and I walking in and out of the house w/the camera right next to the door and not recording it. Images are so smeared and pixelated you can't identify anyone, totally defeating the purpose of having it in the first place. it has now takin to shutting itself off for no reason.

Logitech offers nothing more than a runaround.

LogiTech support turns into nothing more than an endless loop of worthless emails... NONE of which solve any of the problems. They refuse to offer proper support for this cam but charge you a monthly fee for what it is NOT doing properly.
They will (after MONTHS of BS) offer to give you refund if you have the receipt.

Do yourself a favor. DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS, and save yourself all the trouble trying to get it to work as the should. I learned the hard way and now looking for a replacement.

"I've ordered Keyboard + mouse in the online shop. I have received only keyboard - created a ticket in customer service twice but no one contacted me in this case. That is a pure cheating from their side. I suggest everyone to avoid buying stuff from their online shop"

Getting jerked around by customer service!!!
"I have been in contact with two people at Logitech Support about a keyboard that is not satisfactory, because a couple of key letters are already almost completely faded, and I bought it less than 6 months ago. It's fading more by the day. I want to get my money back but they are jerking me around consistently. This has been going on for several weeks now. It is ridiculous. I have communicated with both of them a few times, and have provided exactly what they requested, but they just keep coming back and saying they need more. I've never experienced such incompetent customer support. That is not support. It seems like a game to them. I can't believe they can get away with it. It is absurd!"

-50 stars is not enough for Logitech

"The worst experience I ever had.
My G935 stopped working after few months, I contacted customer support and they keep ignoring my emails and phone calls.
After 2weeks and many tries they answered my phone call, I was told they will replace my headset but since they are out of stock I have to wait for 2-3 weeks.
Three weeks later I didn’t hear from them so I called them and after many tries and more than 3 hours on hold they picked up the phone and told me I have to send my headset first later they gonna decide to replace it or not.
I spent more than 5 weeks for nothing **** waste of time.
This is the last time I buy any Logitech products

USB receiver too small

"I have a Wave wireless keyboard but twice while moving from my office to my home and back I've forgotten to remove the wretched USB receiver thus causing all sorts of problems. Why can't Logitech make these tiny things in flouro yellow or orange? "

Logitech G Pro Flight X56 Rhino HOTAS

"Brilliant joystick until it goes wrong, the rudder mechanism malfunctioned just out of Warrenty, understandably I did not expect free parts for replacement however I did expect to be able to buy the parts so I can do the job myself, NOT A CHANCE Logitech are not interested in after sales, they don’t care nor help, after over an hour on chat I was told to await an email, I clearly explained that I was not after a Warrenty repair but to buy replacement parts that they surely have since the sell the product and do Warrenty repairs. I get an email back saying my Warrenty was void and can’t be helped. I chased again and clarified again I needed to BUY the parts not a Warrenty claim. Nope I was advised to buy another unit for £220. I appreciate it’s out of warrenty but it’s not environmentally friendly to throw away the whole joystick and thrust control just for once small broken spring (shame on you Logitech) to sum up.

Being fleeced for a high cost shoddy product 10 out of 10. Beware folks it looks flash but breaks soon after the Warranty's expired and Logitech don’t want to know unless there palms got crossed with silver a second time.

-50 STARS FOR LOGITECH PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM

"I want to give Logitech Customee Support a -5 STARS FOR WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME! I had bought a Logitech wheel with warranty and the one I had gotten had made me so happy seeing how I had been waiting and saving up money to see and spend money on Logitech’s G29 wheel. So I finally mustered enough money to go ahead and finally buy a wheel and I purchased one. Now as surprised as I was I had found when I had gotten the Logitech g29 wheel in I plugged it in and it was broken. Logitech said they would send me a new one because I had the warranty so in turn I was pretty happy! But when things make you happy they will end up getting worse. As Logitech sent the “new one” in I ended up throwing the 1st one I had boughten away since I thought well I’m getting a new one so I won’t need this one anymore. I waited and waited for the new one anxiously and it finally came in after a 2 month process I finally got my brand “new” Logitech steering wheel. I plugged it in and whoops look at that same old problem the steering wheel was locked to the left I calibrated and recalibrated and it still hasn’t work. So sadly I stuck my head up and thought I’d try and give Logitech a call back to see if I could get a replacement for the one they had SENT ME that was BROKEN. I had the worst time at Logitech customer service they seemed like they were trying to get one off on me and it seemed like they knew that the wheel had been broken but they still sent it to me. As I explained my story I could hear Logitech customer service representatives laughing in the back ground and as I hear that I start to get more aggravated. I tell them do you think this is funny? I hear them laughing even louder at me ):as the representative starts to hold his laugh back and tells me no. He gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had especially BECAUSE LOGITECH SENT ME THE BROKEN ONE THEMSELVES. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES AND DO NOT BUY YOURSELF A LOGITECH THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR INTEREST ONLY YOUR MONEY. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SEND YOU THE BROKEN PART AND WONT LET YOU RETURN IT. Sounds like a scam to me to be honest. I’m so frustrated and so flustered this happened a while ago but the hurt in my heart after hearing the greatest reviews about Logitech really is just sad. If you don’t believe me call Logitech customer care and you’ll see for yourself they are an outer country call center that can hardly give a rip if they take care of you or not to them it’s just a 9-5. No matter what I say it won’t matter cause Logitech customer service will just take this with a grain of salt and laugh in my face when they send you broken things. Pure evil felt like I was in hell. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON LOGITECH THERE IS SO MANY OTHER GREAT COMPANIES OUT HERE THAT WOULD CARE TO HAVE YOU SPEND MONEY ON! The wheel is 300 and it has taken me about a year to stir up the money as I live in a impoverished area.
Change my mind Logitech and maybe I’ll grant you a better review but right now LOGITECH GETS -50 STARS
It was really not about getting me a new wheel it seemed more like a bully episode to me where I just get pummeled and used and they laugh in my face so sad and disgraceful. Where did this company go....

Logitech M570 Trackball Mouse

"I purchased a Logitech M570 Trackball Mouse from Amazon.com that is produced by Logitech and covered by a 3 year warranty. I had issues clearly indicating a manufactures defect within this warranty period and contacted Logitech regarding the defects on August 10th 2020. I was told I would receive a replacement mouse after the defects were not resolvable via technical support over the phone. This was supposed to have been handled within about 2 weeks. This already seemed excessive to me; however, on August 3rd I received the following message from Logitech:

Good day!

This is Erica one of the representative from Logitech customer care. In behalf of Marine I'll be the one who's going to assist you. Sorry for the delay and thanks for bearing with our process. We appreciate your patience in regards with this shipment however we are encountering high volume of replacement request and pre orders that need to be ship out. So we are still waiting for it to validate by our higher department we will keep you posted and give your realtime response as soon as possible. Thanks

I replied that it wasn't acceptable and that I would like either a refund or another unit as it was unreasonable for a buyer to wait for warranty service as long as I have. I never received a response and am filing this complaint over a week after that email.
